Key Restrictions
Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs are strictly prohibited inside the hostel
Visitors and restricted to only within Reception and Visitor’s lounge.
Zero tolerance to sexual or any other form of harassment in the name of race, caste and community.
Guests and visitors will have to co-operate and undergo a security check as per need.
No religious hangings or pictures
Pets are not allowed
Boarders are requested to visit the hostel before hand and personally get convinced / clarify themselves on the facilities provided/existing at the time of check-in.
Two months advance to be paid on the first day of entering the hostel.
The Charges mentioned excludes Electricity and Food Charges.
E.B. is charged at actual rates based on meter readings .The meter readings are transparent and tenants can note the readings themselves every month or anytime for better clarity.
Food is optional and is charged extra as per consumption

We would be glad to provide you with the best staying experience, however there may be situations which may be unforeseen or unexpected.
Boarders are expected to cooperate till the problem is resolved. Any issues related to maintenance will be given utmost importance and will be solved as soon as possible.
Please contact the in-house warden/facilitator in case of any problem / emergency. Write down your feedback on the register for prompt action.
Wifi signal will be strong in the Hall.
Exchange of rooms after allotment is not allowed unless approved by management.
The Management will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
Please enter the requisite details every time you enter/leave the hostel in the IN/OUT register
Please keep your contact details updated in the Hostel records.
Please minimise generation of garbage. Napkins should be disposed of hygienically in the bags given
Kindly park Two wheelers without creating any hindrance.
Please do not tamper any electric installation. For all electric repairs the electrician should be called in
ID proof of your Parent/Husband (Passport copy) should be submitted.
Work / Student ID card copy should be submitted.
Copy of Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID.
The Management may crosscheck and verify if the submitted information is true.
Students are advised to bring their Parents while checking in.
Reservation
We do not accept part payments. Two months advance payment is mandatory during check-in. Please avoid bookings if in doubt.
1 month advance notice should to be provided for refund of advance amount. Monthly rates will be charged for all calculation purposes and not on daily basis
Hence, boarders are advised to check out/vacate during the end of the month.
Rent has to be paid on or before 3rd day of every month. (or3days after intimation)
Payment reminders will be sent to your registered mobile number and email id
The preferred mode of payment is through Account Transfer / Google pay / Cash

Receipts can be obtained for all payments done
